What are you competing for?

As part of our GoingFarSouth Campaign, we will be carrying one artwork with us, to our planet’s last great wilderness – Antarctica,  this March. And of course - click a photograph of the artwork within Antarctica’s backdrop for the world to see, and the owner of the artwork to keep and frame, for the rest of their lives!

Antarctica is unique in many ways!

Covering the south pole of our planet, it is our coldest, highest, windiest, and driest continent, all at once! And that's not all. What makes Antarctica so unique is that it has never known war, belongs to no nation, and is home to no tribe or indigenous race

Antarctica is important to science too, especially because of its profound influence on the Earth’s climate and ocean systems . The continent hosts 42+ international research bases of various countries from across the world and up to 5,000 scientists and researchers for scientific research and the collective advancement of human know-how.

'Devoted to peace and science’ by the Madrid Protocol , the continent is truly among our greatest hallmarks of peaceful international cooperation for the cause of science!

And if all goes well, we might also be able to get Robert Swan – the first man to trek to the north pole and the south pole, on the frame :) He is on this Campaign, with us ! That’ll be one hell of a 'photobomb' !
